We completed a full electrical installation at this high-specification new build in Cheshire, delivering a modern and energy-efficient solution tailored to the client’s needs. The project included an in-roof solar PV system with a SolarEdge inverter, optimisers, and integrated battery storage to maximise on-site energy use. A Zappi EV charger was also installed to support sustainable vehicle charging. Internally, we fitted anti-glare downlights and brushed chrome accessories throughout for a sleek, contemporary finish. Smart controls were set up for the external lighting, and supplies were provided for electric gates and wireless access points. Electric underfloor heating was installed in the bathrooms to offer additional comfort and efficiency.
